Thank you Philippines. For good food and good drinks. For good fun and good experiences. For cheap dvds and cheap clothes. For interesting people and interesting places. For the colours and the sights. For the sandy beaches and the gritty cities. For dazzling lights and tranquil breezes. For excitement and enjoyment.
But more importantly, I thank you for being the site of fellowship. Of laughters shared. Of deeper insight into the people we are. Of knowing smiles. Of clueless stares. Of crazy hilarity. Of calm discourse.
And yet I miss steady hot water. Soft familiar beds. Clean air. Clear Roads. And Family.
So bittersweet it is. I say goodbye.
